KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM
The kitchen has all new appliances along with being fully stocked to cook up a family meal or quick breakfast. Large open counter for extra seating along with a coffee bar with kurig is supplied for your convenience. Starter Kurig K-Cups are provided.
Open Concept kitchen to living room and dining room area. Dining seating for four very comfortably with extra swivel bar stools at the large island. The living room is adjacent with a queen pull out sofa for the children or extra guests in your adventure. A 55" Flat Screen Tv is mounted with a full swing commercial movable arm to complete your viewing experience.
KING BEDROOM SUITE
The King Bedroom features luxury linens and pillow top mattress to sleep the night away. A 50" flat screen TV to watch your favorite show. You have private access to the bath with tub/shower combo, vanity and quick dry towels. All linens are provided. The bath is also accessible from the main living area.
THE DECK
Right off the main living/dining room is a quaint covered deck to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Views of pond and fountain. So sit and enjoy one morning or evening!

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by guests, outside of 31 days of reserved dates, full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival subject to full forfeiture of reservations monies. We, D & L Rental Properties, LLC, are not liable to inclement weather or other "Acts of God". Rescheduling of dates is not allowed. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for your dates booked.
