$1750 month, which includes all utilities(water, electric, trash, Wi-Fi, basic cable tv) The unit comes fully furnished. There is an in-unit full size washer/dryer, smart TV’s in each bedroom along with living room, lots of storage, and well lite designated parking spot. Additional parking also for guests and family. We are in a walkable area- best coffee house ☕️is just down the street, along with a waterfront park with walking trails, playground and fishing peir 🎣 If adventurous, there is also boat & canoe rentals. 🚣♀️ Restaurants and Dollar General just a skip away.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed that overlooks Lake Taneycomo. The master has its own large private bath with double vanities, high ADA toilet, tub/shower combo. Tub is huge and jetted! So perfect to relax and treat yourself after a long day on your feet. The sunroom overlooking the lake is also accessible from the master. All linens are provided for both bedrooms & baths.
Have friends or family 👨👩👧 come and visit and enjoy all the shopping, shows/entertainment and Silver Dollar City for a few days and they don't need to pay for a hotel! For we have a second bedroom with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds along with another full size bath for them❤️

I own and also mange several STR’s(short-term rentals) over the past 20+ years. We pride ourselves in providing safe, clean havens for our guests.
My husband is retired and is available for any issues that may arise during your stay, for we live only 8 minutes away.
Notes: This is a very quiet safe complex with a HOA member on staff at all times. You have complete access to the outdoor seasonal pool and small gym. This is a lower level unit, so one flight of steps for access to unit. Your designated parking spot is just in front of the steps leading to your condo. Complex is well lite.
*If you get in a crunch, we can pick up your online grocery order and deliver to your space for free!
*Needing extra housekeeping, I have my own housekeeping staff and can set up a convenient time for you for them to clean/wash sheets and towels. This will cost extra $$.
We ask for $800 as a security deposit at lease signing and first months rent due on move in date.
Security deposit includes $150 non refundable cleaning fee. Remaining $650 SD fully refundable upon property inspection on move out date. It's month to month, but we do ask for 1 month notice when you're ready for your next adventure (so we don't have it sitting empty). 🥰
