GREAT ROOM/KITCHEN/DINING
Our wonderful open floor plan allows you to be together as a family should! Towering tongue and groove ceilings with a featured stone gas fireplace in the living room. Grab the popcorn and enjoy a family movie. Dining for 6 and an additional 3 stools at the kitchen island bar. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to serve up your next family meal--just bring the grub. There is also a large charcoal grill outside in front of the lodge for your private use.
MAIN FLOOR KING MASTERS
Both King Suite Masters on the main floor feature their own private baths with walk in showers and jacuzzi tubs.
2ND FLOOR KING MASTERS
The first King Master upstairs with shower/jacuzzi tub combo has an additional queen bed. The second upstairs King Master has a full size pull out sofa/linens located in the closet.
POOL
For our summer guests, be sure to visit the pool!! Less than 200 ft from our lodge is a large 'L' shaped Pool, a Kiddie Pool and a Hot Tub! Open Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day Weekend

*Wonderful outdoor playground for kids, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard and small workout gym located in the community lodge behind our home
*'The Deer Pass Lodge' and/or 'The Ain't No Better Lodge' would be great to book along with this home if you are having a family reunion or large group gatherings, for Deer Pass is less than a mile away.
*Main level and 2nd level of the home has its own HVAC zone

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by guests, outside of 31 days of arrival, full refund minus $200 booking fee(Refund sent when home is re-booked or by reserved arrival date). Cancellations within 30 days of arrival subject to full forfeiture of reservations monies. We, D & L Rental Management, LLC are not liable to inclement weather or other "Acts of God". Rescheduling of dates is not allowed. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for your dates booked.
